UGL Services, Fuels & Energy East division are currently looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor based in Geelong to deliver high quality maintenance services to the client and provide supervision and coordination of site maintenance tasks.About YouAs a key member of the operational delivery team, your leadership skills will ensure that all work meets the standards in relation to safety, quality, schedules and cost. You will:Day to day planning and coordination of resources and equipment and conduct the work in a safe, timely and cost-effective mannerMonitor and ensure high level of performance of trade staff and contractorsInput into the scheduling of upcoming maintenance tasks including resourcing and tooling requirementsLiaise with our client, site contacts and sub-contractor personnelProvide schedule updates to the Maintenance Scheduler and site personnel on the status of maintenance tasksOversee, monitor and implement quality control measures and initiativesMonitor and effectively control work performance – both internal and sub-contractIncident reporting and investigationsDeliver to project milestonesDeliver our promise to the customerBuild and maintain relationships with all stakeholdersFoster a culture of inclusionWhat we offerDiverse opportunities to grow, back yourself and achieve.
