Are you ready to lead the charge? We're on the hunt for an Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Sulzer Australia's Rydalmere Service Centre. You'll be overseeing a talented crew of approximately 10 Electrical Fitters, Tradespeople, and Apprentices. If you're skilled with AC/DC Electric Motors and thrive in a hands-on role, then this is the role for you!
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a dynamic team Collaborate with management to exceed targets Uphold long-standing customer relationships Inspect, repair, and overhaul electro-mechanical equipment Ensure health and safety compliance Quoting and estimating jobs To succeed in this role, you will need:
Trade Qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field 5+ years of experience in the repair and overhaul of High/Medium/Low voltage electrical rotating equipment and machinery Demonstrated experience in a Supervisory or Leadership position Strong problem-solving and communication skills What we offer you:
