As the Supervisor - Fleet Planning, you will be responsible for the efficient planning of line activities to support programmed flying activities, effective programming of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities as well as support of continuing airworthiness responsibilities within the B300 Maintenance Control Section.
Your Opportunity As the Supervisor - Fleet Planning, you will be responsible for the efficient planning of line activities to support programmed flying activities, effective programming of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities as well as support of continuing airworthiness responsibilities within the B300 Maintenance Control Section.
Your Responsibilities Plan and program maintenance activities for the B300 King Air fleet to ensure efficient and compliant operation of the aircraft. Communicate maintenance plan. Ensure all maintenance activities are recorded and reported in compliance with regulatory requirements, Jet Aviation and customer policies and procedures and that CAMP records and aircraft logs are accurate and up to date. Attend daily operations briefs, advising on the status of current and future maintenance, and fleet planning. Routinely audit all aircraft maintenance documentation in support of scheduled maintenance and carry out inspection of all maintenance documentation to ensure data integrity. Provide supervision and administration to the Maintenance Control Section. Administer the physical and/or electronic technical information for the maintenance organisation. Demonstrate commitment and compliance with all applicable company policies and procedures, including the Maintenance Organisation Exposition (MOE), and Continuing Airworthiness Maintenance Exposition (CAME). Positively represent Jet Aviation with internal and external stakeholders. Foster a conducive safety culture, demonstrating commitment and compliance with applicable WHS legislation, including issues with Human Factors in Maintenance errors and actively participate in Aviation Safety Management System programs and forums. What will help you Succeed Diploma in engineering or project management related discipline OR B Category AME Licence OR Cert IV Aeroskills. Experience working in an aircraft maintenance facility scheduling base or line maintenance, modifications and fleet planning. Demonstrated understanding of aviation regulatory requirements for civil and military aircraft maintenance. Computer literate in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, computer-based maintenance systems and Microsoft Office suite of programs. Excellent communication and people management skills.
