We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our vibrant team at Charlotte Bar & Bistro in McMahons Point, NSW. As Supervisor, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our renowned hospitality establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and a seamless dining experience for our guests. What you'll be doing Supervising and coordinating the work of our front-of-house and kitchen teams to deliver outstanding serviceEnsuring all food and beverage operations are executed efficiently and to the highest quality standardsProviding hands-on support and coaching to staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environmentOverseeing inventory management, stock control, and operational budgetsLiaising with customers, addressing any concerns or complaints in a professional and timely mannerAssisting with the implementation of new operational procedures and policiesContributing to the overall strategic direction and growth of the businessWhat we're looking for Minimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience in a hospitality or food service environmentStrong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a teamExcellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilitiesProficient in inventory management, cost control, and financial reportingAdaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPassion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiencesWhat we offer
