The Role: Lendlease's Construction business is seeking a highly experienced Submissions Coordinator to join our dynamic national team. Based in our head office and reporting to the Submissions Manager, Metros and Major Projects, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating the production and delivery of tender submissions, presentations, proposals, and collateral relating to submissions. You will be a part of a collaborative team and, where required, will work to support deliverables on large submissions where multiple coordinators are needed.
About you: You will be a driven, confident individual with strong writing, communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills who understands the opportunities and obligations of working in a high-pressure, timeline-driven business within a large organisation.
Your previous professional experience will showcase your ability to thrive in a fast-paced, outcome-focused, collaborative environment, with likeminded client service-focused individuals, with an above and beyond attitude. The role requires some interstate travel within a flexible working environment.
Your recent professional experience will demonstrate capability against the following key selection criteria:
Previous working knowledge and understanding of a submissions environment A positive and proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional results Advanced skills in InDesign and Word, and knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, and Microsoft Office products Advanced written and verbal English language skills Advanced ability to successfully manage multiple competing deadlines, effectively prioritising work items Ability to provide support above and beyond the everyday role Graphic design experience advantageous.
