Subcontractor Manager

Responsibilities:Developing the subcontract strategy together with the responsible Project Manager;Sourcing, auditing and qualification of construction companies together with an auditing team;Interfacing with other disciplines (HSE, QA/QC, Scheduling, Engineering) to ensure project specific documents like BoQs, Scope of Works, etc. are prepared for inquiry and compiled in an ITB document;Coordinating technical clarifications from bidders as well as required updates and revisions to the inquiry document;Preparing and sending of ITB documents to bidders, reception analysis of offers, preparation of Commercial comparison and analysis of offers to support recommendation for award, negotiation of Contractual terms and conditions and finalization of the subcontract document with the selected bidders.
