Overview:
The purpose of the Studio Admin Coordinator is to support the Studio Manager with all administration tasks.
This role will be based in the Brisbane Studio coordinating with both Brisbane & Sydney Calendars.
You will be self-motivated and a true right-hand and go-to for all administrative needs.
This role requires a person with strong attention to detail, someone who loves talking to people, the ability to manage and complete ad hoc tasks in a fast paced environment, with proven organisational skills and excellent communication skills.
Must also be confident with babies, children and families.
You will be responsible for but not limited to the following tasks: Booking in all Email Enquiries for Brisbane StudioUndertake all general administration associated with managing Customer OrdersPrepare all administration requirements in advance for all Photography Sessions & for Production Tasks for the weekHitting our weekly & monthly targets in relation to booking clients & lead generation.Customer Sales appointmentsConvert potential leads generated by our expos in Sydney & Brisbane.Our ideal candidate will hold the following experiences: General administration experience is a mustSales experienceA keen interest in photography/studio'sStrong communication skills with the ability to interact with both studios and all customersFriendly personalitySomeone who genuinely loves peopleMust have experience with Microsoft productsPunctual, reliableMust have a car to run errandsYour Working Hours will be Tuesday to Saturday with an immediate start!
