Student Experience Administrator - KoreanJOB DETAILS:Great team cultureConvenient Location Near Public Transportation, flexibility for remote workingCandidates must have an ongoing and unrestricted right to work in Australia to apply for this positionAbout this Opportunity:The Student Experience Administrator – Korean will assist in the processing, maintenance, and accuracy of records for students in the Korean Language School.
They will be involved in every aspect of the student journey from initial application through to graduation.Your new team:Alphacrucis University College (AC) is an accredited Christian higher education provider with a reputation for excellence in training, teaching and research.

Our vision is to be a global Christian university, transforming neighbourhoods and nations.Responsibilities:Assess and process applications and enrolments for international and domestic studentsProvide excellent communication to students at various stages of their studies.Enter and maintain student records in the student management system (SMS), from application through to graduation.Process student-based requests and forms (e.g.
issuing letters, graduation, eCAFs, VSL)Provide student support to future, new, and continuing students.Provide assistance and support at student-based events such as graduation and orientation.Respond to enquiries from staff, students, and stakeholders.Required Skills and Proficiencies:The completion of a VET or HE degree (desired)Experience in an administrative or customer-service role.Experience within a tertiary institution (desired)Fluent in English and Korean (essential)An understanding of the VET and HE sector (strongly desired)Customer service focused: committed to providing exceptional customer service across all channels – written, phone and face to face.Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and concisely, varying communication style depending upon the audience.Attention to detail: excellent attention to detail and written skills when communicating with others, both internally and externally.Commerciality: ability to apply knowledge in a practical, commercial manner.Teamwork: willingness to assist and support others as required and get on with team members.Time management/organisation: accomplish objectives effectively within time frame given, and carry out administrative duties within portfolio in an efficient and timely manner.Professional approach.Ability to work under pressure.Organisational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail.Confident manner.Positive approach to change.HOW TO APPLY
