Vestas is looking for a suitably qualified and enthusiastic Site Administrator to work in our operations team.
This role will support our Collector wind farm.
This role can be undertaken by someone based close to one of our regional wind farms or with a flexible location agreement. Vestas is the global leader in wind power solutions.

Responsibilities Prepare outgoing mail and freight, record information of incoming stock items, including checking quantities, recording locations, and filing.Raise, maintain, and reconcile site-based Purchase Orders along with the Purchase Order register.Reconcile expenses, including corporate credit cards, and maintain the corporate card expense register.Organize annual training for Vestas site-based employees.Support Site Manager, QSE Professional, and QSE Administrator to ensure all compliance of WHSMP, ERP are well documented and prepared in an accurate and timely manner.Arrange all emergency equipment required for the site, including first aid kits, emergency response team PPE, radios, etc.Raise, maintain, and reconcile vendor requirements for sites, site-based Purchase Orders for non-conformance reports.Complete tasks to the required level for KPI compliance.Purchase Vestas site office kitchen supplies.Accurately maintain and reconcile working hours of all wind farm employees, including subcontractors and clients.Order all installation consumables and tooling.Arrange all PPE orders for site-based employees and visitors.Arrange all travel, accommodation, and vehicles for site-based employees and visitors.Assist site and stakeholders with reporting requirements.Qualifications Minimum 5 years' experience providing proactive and professional administrative and management support at a senior level.Experience with project management and a high level of organizational and planning skills.Customer invoicing and accounts receivable experience.Ability to work in an autonomous environment and take initiative.Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.SAP knowledge (desirable but not essential) or knowledge of similar ERP systems.Ability to establish and maintain an extremely high level of confidentiality.Internal and external customer and supplier relationship building skills.Ability to maintain professional relationships to ensure objectivity in supporting the ANZ service management team.Ability to participate effectively as part of a team.Highly developed planning and organizational skills.Extremely well-developed written and verbal communication skills.Highly developed problem-solving skills.Highly professional approach to all activities.What We Offer A strong safety culture.Dynamic and fast-paced work environment.An opportunity to work with the world leader in wind energy.The opportunity to further develop your skills and professional development.Global career progression prospects.Diversity and inclusion.Join the world's leading wind energy solutions provider.Excellent career development opportunities both nationally and globally.A workplace that embraces diversity and inclusion.13 weeks paid primary carer's leave.3 weeks paid secondary carer's leave.Employee assistance program.Vestas is an equal opportunity employer.
