Call: 9689 8910 West Sector: Operations Job Summary - 3 days per week - hybrid of WFH and Office in Huntingwood with onsite parking- Working in the Corporate Communications Team- Support via admin, minute taking, event management etc.

This is a role for an independent and mature-minded Admin Professional or EA with a broad range of skills as the role will cover some of the following:Minute takingGeneral Admin support - updating files and registersSupporting the Corporate Communication teamProject management including record keeping and minutesProcessing invoices (experience in SAP)Calendar coordinationLiaising with external stakeholders, project team, EAs, and project partnersEvent management of external engagement events (venue hire, catering, and set up)What we need from you:Because this role will work independently in supporting the team, they are able to offer flexibility with the work although the Team does catch up on a Monday when they aren't at home due to COVID.
The days you would work are flexible, and in return, they need some flexibility from you on occasions to accommodate engagements.
The team is also looking for someone that can:Work independently and show initiativeHave previous experience in a similar roleDisplay a high level of confidentialityWillingness to support the team through a range of activitiesHave a high level of admin proficiencyHave previous experience inputting invoices into SAP or similarWhat next:If the role sounds of interest, please submit an application today.
