Structured Finance Analyst (Institutional Banking)My client, a major international bank, seeks a Structured Finance Analyst (Institutional Banking) to join its team located in Sydney. This role, reporting to the MD of Structured Finance, will be responsible for the following:Execution of projects, portfolio management, and assisting with marketing and business development.Assist in structuring deals in institutional banking across a range of sectors.Conduct annual reviews and portfolio management of the current book.Analyzing all types of due diligence, KYC checking, and running of financial models.Research local market information and economic analysis for decision making and strategy framing.Portfolio management and coordination.Information collection from clients and documentation preparation for credit management.Assist with execution of specific projects.Who we're looking for:2+ years of work experience, with 1 year being in institutional banking.Good understanding of institutional banking, including knowledge of facility agreements, financial modelling, and KYC.Good understanding of financial documentation.For more information on this excellent front office opportunity, please contact Peter Greer at Apollo Recruitment (******) on 0449258***.
