About the Role Risk Metrics & Measurement Services Transformation is a newly established multi-year cloud adoption program that will transform the data, models and systems that underpin our Stress testing, Credit Provisions and Regulatory Capital Services. Reporting to the Program Director, the Stress Testing– Senior Project Manager accountabilities include:
Document and manage a complex suite of Stress Testing solution business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups. Lead the business RFP activities to determine the future state solution (vendor vs internally built). Implement Agile delivery practices for the business activities to build and deploy the Stress Testing solution. Navigate a complex transition pathway to the future state, including interim 'tactical' states that safely deliver benefits whilst also preserving critical business regulatory reporting processes and reconciliations. What will your day look like? Establish and lead a team of Business Analysts to document and manage complex suite of business requirements across multiple stakeholder groups, ensuring the delivered solution meets regulatory and business needs including requirements traceability to regulatory reforms. Lead the business stream of activities to support the solution development and deployment activities through the SDLC. Design future state processes with strong governance and controls. Establish efficient and fit for purpose Agile processes to develop, manage and track the integrated delivery plan, ensuring activities and the critical path are clearly defined. Chair working groups to resolve solution design issues, manage requirements, track delivery and manage risks and dependencies. Produce meaningful status reporting for steering committees. Ensure adherence to ANZ's Non-financial risk (NFR) framework and delivery framework (ADF). What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Relevant domain knowledge in Stress testing data, models, metrics and processes, including ICAPP and industry wide stress tests. Extensive business experience leading 'end to end' delivery of business and associated Technology change in a complex, dynamic environment. Exceptional project management and delivery skills, including developing and managing the delivery plan, detailed scoping and requirements management, tracking Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies and solution vendor management. This includes delivery under both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, and adapting your approach to best meet the environment. Proven experience in upskilling teams to adopt streamlined 'fit for purpose' Agile Delivery practices. Exceptional strategic thinking, takes a broad perspective in understanding impacts, thinks of the end user and looks for opportunities when solving complex problems and recommending solutions. Strong understanding of operational risk management, including designing controls and completing operational risk assessments. Proficient in the use of planning and scheduling tools eg JIRA, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, confluence and collaboration tools. Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to negotiate aligned outcomes and work across multiple streams. Strong visual, written and verbal communication skills. Adept at envisioning and communicating a compelling and future-oriented vision. Clearly and simply represent findings and communicate progress to senior stakeholders. Ability to work methodically through large volumes of information and distil into workable packages. Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others, consistent with ANZ values, New Ways of Leading and Growth Mindset. You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
