Fit-out has turned a corner, and it's raining projects. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a business that has had a record year and is expanding its team and office space as a result!
You will be working within the fit-out division of a Tier 3 commercial construction company, delivering projects up to $8 million.
With numerous projects landing in the upcoming months, your extensive experience in commercial fit-out will have you hitting the ground running. Well-trained PCs are there to support you with your project, and the directors will give you all the guidance you need.
This is a business that flies under the radar. The bulk of the projects they win are through long-standing relationships and referrals, so you won't see them on estimate one. Only 20% of the projects they win are through open tender.
The company is split into two divisions, Fit-out and New-builds, with Fit-out contributing to 35% of the live projects.
The directors have over 50 years of experience between them and have a deep understanding of not only construction in all sectors but also business, people and what it takes to keep a team synergised and valued.
To be considered for this role, you will need at least three years as a CA for a head contractor and two years as a PM, delivering commercial fit-out projects.
You will also need a degree or diploma in Construction Management.
