About the role You will provide project management for the roll out of an efficient National Client Funds Program system across Life Without Barriers. This is a hands-on position that will require you to be in the detail. This is a maximum term full time contract ending in February 2026 which can be located anywhere on the East Coast of Australia. You can work from where you are most productive, whether that be from your home or one of our offices, however, there may be times where you are required in the office.
Key Responsibilities Manage the roll out and delivery of the project utilising project management systems, tools and change management frameworksWrite policy and procedure documents for the program, QRGs and FAQ'sPrepare project status reportsProvide coaching and guidance to Project OfficersEnsure the National Client Funds Program is successfully transitioned and maintained as part of business as usual operationsBuild and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders nationallySkills & Experience Hands on Project Manager experience with large, national projects with strong stakeholder engagement and outcomesStrong communication skills with a focus on collaboration and positive outcomesAbility to deliver outcomes within agreed timeframes and to quality standardsProficient ability in the use of MS Office suite of programsAbility to handle sensitive material, demonstrate a high level of confidentiality and operate with integrity and honestySuccessful candidates will be required to clear all state-based probity checks; including but not limited to a National Criminal History Record Check.
