In this role, you will be responsible for managing a well-maintained portfolio with long-term clients.

Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of mixed schemes, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Provide guidance and support to clients on strata-related matters.
Stay up-to-date with strata legislation and industry best practices.

Ensure all documentation, reports, and records are accurate, up-to-date, and in compliance with relevant legislation and company policies The successful applicant will have many years of direct experience within Strata Management, in addition, you will have first-class communication skills, the ability to multi-task and be professional in all aspects of strata management.
