Operating out of sleek offices, they utilize the latest technology to maintain and protect their client's homes and investments. Currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Strata Manager to add to their expanding team, this is an office that provides plenty of support and structure.

Easy Parking The chance to work with a leading strata management company Key Responsibilities: Oversee a portfolio of strata properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. Serve as a primary liaison between Owners Corporations, property owners, and contractors. Coordinate and manage maintenance and repair activities to ensure timely and efficient completion. Handle financial management tasks, including budgeting, levies, and arrears. Prepare for and attend meetings, including Annual General Meetings (AGMs) and committee meetings. Address and resolve strata-related issues and disputes promptly and effectively. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all strata activities. Manage projects involving engineers, contractors, and strata committees, ensuring compliance with the Design and Building Practitioners Act. Qualifications and Skills: Class 2 Strata Management license or higher. Demonstrated experience in strata management. Strong understanding of strata legislation and compliance requirements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in strata management software and Microsoft Office suite. To Apply:
