About You:
We are looking for a motivated culture-driven leader with a knowledge and passion for the skate lifestyle. Ideally, you would have previous experience managing a successful team, preferably in the retail sector. Excellent time management, delegation and communication skills are also a must.

About the Role:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for managing a fast-paced retail environment and a passionate team of superstars. Responsibilities include overseeing all operational aspects of the store; stock control, rosters, wage control, and budgetary growth. You will be tasked with managing, supporting and developing a team to deliver outstanding customer service, while ensuring store & individual budgets and KPI's are achieved. We work hard to be the best and want you to have the same goal, working Tuesday to Saturday, delivering the best products, with the best service.
