Storeperson / Forklift Operator

Yatala, Gold Coast Monday – Friday 8/8.30am – 4.30pm Casual role working fulltime hours $33ph + super Onsite Parking Available
About The Company
people2people are currently working with an established company who represent multiple brands and provide a broad range of safety products. Based Yatala, they currently have a vacancy within the warehouse team for an experienced storeman with a forklift licence.
Responsibilities
This role will see the successful candidate responsible for a variety of tasks, including conducting forklift operations including both high reach and counterbalance, loading and unloading trucks, picking and packing orders for dispatch, maintaining stock levels, performing stock take duties, whilst upholding strict adherence to safe workplace practices and operating procedures.
Selection Criteria
To excel in this role, you need will need the following:
Demonstrated experience in Forklift operations, encompassing both counterbalance and high reach (with a valid license) Previous warehouse experience Ability to work independently with a proactive mindset Positive attitude and strong work ethic Capability to operate in accordance with safe working procedures
