Store Supervisor

Position: Store Supervisor Location: NightOwl - Cairns Esplanade, QLD
Employment Type: Full-Time, 38 hours/week
Salary Range: $65,000 - $75,000 per annum
NightOwl is looking for a dynamic and motivated Retail Supervisor to lead our team at the Cairns Esplanade location. If you have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and experience in retail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities: Ensure customers receive prompt, high-quality service and goods Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively Plan and prepare work schedules, assigning tasks to staff Lead hiring, training, evaluating, and promoting staff; handle grievances Guide staff on handling complex sales and customer service issues Inspect returned goods and decide on appropriate actions Conduct inventory checks and order new stock as needed Ensure proper pricing, product displays, and merchandising Enforce safety and security procedures for staff and customers Skills & Qualifications: AQF Certificate II or III in Retail (or equivalent experience) Relevant retail experience required Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong leadership and team management abilities Ability to handle complex sales situations Knowledge of inventory management and ordering systems Commitment to ensuring a safe and secure retail environment If you are an enthusiastic and experienced Retail Supervisor with a passion for delivering exceptional service, we would love to hear from you.
