Store Manager - Multi Stores

The Company A popular Australian retail brand, specialising in home furniture, décor, and accessories.
The company offers a wide range of products designed to enhance living spaces, including furniture for the living room, bedroom, dining area, and office, as well as home décor items such as rugs, lighting, and storage solutions.
The Role As a multi-store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 store locations, travelling between stores, providing leadership, support, and guidance to store teams to ensure that they meet company goals, maintain high standards, and operate efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and mentor your team to reach their KPIs and personal goals.Drive profitability through sales, the interior decorator program, NPS, engagement, ATV, and strike rates.Foster a positive, high-performance culture with regular feedback and coaching.Manage day-to-day operations, including rostering, financial performance, and onboarding new team members.Empower your team to identify and reduce risks proactively.Location: Multiple stores
Salary: $88,000 package + uncapped commission
