We require an enthusiastic Property Management Associate to assist in the management of our growing residential property portfolio. Based at our head office in St Leonards, our reach is Sydney wide, and you will report to the Senior Property Manager.
Main duties include:
Showing properties to prospective tenantsProcessing applications and screening prospective tenantsPreparing Residential Tenancy AgreementsConducting & Completing Condition ReportsFollowing up tenant arrearsResolving and managing maintenance issuesLiaising with tenants on a daily basisIssuing notices for Termination or Rental IncreasesUndertaking routine property inspectionsIt is ideal, however not essential, to have a property management background and hold a current Certificate of Registration. Good time management skills, the ability to prioritise your workload, attention to detail, and high standards of both written and verbal communication are required.
