Position Overview The position of Senior Manager - Claims will see you responsible for:
Leading a team of 6-7 Team Managers and up to 70 in the entire team. Managing the relationships between my client and their clients from a claims perspective. Engaging, developing, and coaching large-scale teams. Identifying process improvements and efficiencies. Demonstrated Skills You will be able to demonstrate:
A sound technical understanding of the NSW workers compensation scheme. Experience in leading large teams and team managers. A supportive and engaging leadership style. Excellent client stakeholder management skills. Exceptional communication skills. Change management experience.
