We want you to join us on the journey as we take Ksubi to the next level globally. Ksubi is entering into an exciting phase of growth and is looking for a Store Manager for a new store in Melbourne's CBD. Ksubi has built a high-performing US and UK retail team that has collaboration, transparency, and an innovative mindset at the heart of everything we do and is excited to bring the Ksubi store experience to Australia.
We are looking for motivated, curious, and mature-minded individuals with a commitment to learning and an energy for our brand. Success for our leaders means that you lead the staff and operations of our store and seek solutions and results that create a high-performing team environment.
A Day in the Life… Manage, monitor, and drive sales to nail store targets and maximize profitability.Review your sales and stock sell-through report, analyze what has impacted your store results, and work closely with our head office.Hold yourself and each individual accountable for their own results.Mentor and coach the team to allow them to grow, celebrating their strengths and building awareness and steps to address their gaps through honesty, generosity, and true empowerment.Manage the team's workload, workflow, time management, and ultimate delivery through strong accountability and goal setting.Drive the retention, recruitment, and training of all store staff.Ensure visual directives and standards are maintained.This is you if you have… A genuine love and understanding of our brand.The ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage your team.Proven experience and success in coaching and developing teams and individuals.A proven track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and budgets.Sound knowledge and proven success in retail operations including budgets, wages, rostering, VM, stock management, and shrink.Strong apparel experience.3+ years of retail or leadership experience.Must have full AU working rights.The benefits… Competitive package + bonus.Additional monthly competitions.Culture focused on wellbeing, innovation, and growth.Merchandise benefits and allowance.Highly creative and socially connected team environment.We make hiring decisions founded on your passion, experience, and skillset.
