Our Client is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and experienced Store Manager to lead a vibrant team in a large-format store.
What You'll Bring: Management Experience: While experience in General Merchandise is beneficial, it's your passion and drive that matter most.
Flexibility and Commitment: Embrace the challenge of working in a dynamic 7-day store environment.
Your Key Responsibilities: As a Store Manager, you'll excel in four main areas: People, Product, Processes, and Store.
Deliver exceptional customer service.
Inspire and empower a team of 20+ through hands-on leadership and positive performance management.
Communicate effectively and lead with enthusiasm, making a real difference every day.
Showcase your merchandising talent.
Drive high stock volumes with passion and precision.
Oversee financial performance, customer service standards, store standards, and inventory management.
Report directly to the Regional Sales and Operations Manager, taking ownership of your store's success.
Lead by example to maintain high store standards.
Champion health and safety within the store, ensuring a secure shopping experience for all.
