We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to join the team on a full-time basis. Must be available to work Saturdays.

What we offer: The opportunity to work with designer bathroom products and fittingsOn the job trainingMonthly staff bonus (based on KPI's)Staff discount on productImmediate startThe Opportunity: Complete store managerial duties including banking, budgets, and rostersConsistently achieve sales, store, and personal KPI targets by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staffAction staff hiring, promotions, and disciplinary procedures (where required)Ensure thorough induction and training for all new staff membersEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and maintaining a fully stocked storeManage all issues arising from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)Manage trade accounts for store (if applicable)Manage stocktaking and stock control for storeManage the receipt and distribution of shipmentsMaintain showroom and warehouse ensuring it is kept clean & safe at all timesReporting and sales managementImplement, train, monitor, and adhere to company WH&S standardsImplement, train, monitor, and adhere to company policies and proceduresSkills & Experience: Manual Driver's License requiredManagement experience in the retail sector is preferred (plumbing or interior sales advantageous)Experience in managing and meeting KPI'sGood level of computer literacy and MS applicationsAbility to build effective working relationshipsSolid communication and interpersonal skillsStaff and customer management skillsStrong organisational skillsOther Benefits Include: Unlimited access to the GO1 learning platformDiscounts with hundreds of retailers through our HRIS platform24/7 mental health and wellness support through SonderApplicants who reach the final stage of consideration for this position will be required to authorise a criminal history check.
