We're on a mission to deliver operational excellence while making shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we're looking for a retail superstar to join our team as our Store Manager at our Bairnsdale store.
This store has seen previous managers move into support center roles; if you want growth, this could be the role for you!
As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
As a seasoned operator, focusing on stock, merchandising, and deadlines, you will be the driving force behind our store's success.

Strong operational skills - stock processing, merchandising, organization, time management.The ability to unite your team and bring them on the journey to deliver on business metrics.Training and development of your team to upskill & upsell.Previous Store Management experience in a highly operational environment (high stock volume).What we offer: A supportive and diverse culture.
