About the role: Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Store Manager will be the driving force behind the success of this site.
You will be responsible for the achievement of sales and KPI's in line with set company targets.
The role is also responsible for leading and developing an Assistant Store Manager and team of Sales Assistants.
Other responsibilities will include: Customer service standards Merchandising, promotions and stock control Ensuring compliance and following WHS practises  Rostering and wage management Financial management including admin and reporting Strong communication skills both written and verbal Maintenance and cleaning of the store Security and cash management About you: Experience in leading teams of 5+ people Have worked towards sales and KPI's previously FMCG, retail or hospitality experience  Understanding of safe work practices Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal team frequently Flexible to work on a roster with extended trade across the week Next steps: To be considered for this great opportunity, apply now via the link.
