The Opportunity: As the Store Manager, reporting directly to the District Manager and supported by an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading a passionate team of Beauty Advisors, Studio Artists, and Department Managers to embody Sephora's values to empower our clients.

Driving a selling culture within your team to meet KPI's and promote Sephora's valuesConsistently raise performance and capability of the team to support developing internal talentUtilising data to support operational decisions by working closely with the district manager and director of storesImplementing a continuous improvement mentality within the team and working in partnership with the wider teamEnergising your team to deliver first-class customer service within a fast-paced environment

You'll also monitor KPIs and help attract, recruit, and develop store talent.

As our busiest days of trade are between Thursday to Sunday, the ideal candidate will be able to provide 5 full days of availability across key trading times including but not limited to late-night, weekend and public holiday trading.
