Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead a team of workshop staff in performing routine maintenance, servicing, and repair of customer heavy equipmentDeliver timely servicing and repair with the highest standard of workmanshipEffectively communicate with equipment owners, customers, and staffRequirements Trade qualification as a Heavy Diesel Fitter or equivalentMinimum 3-4 years' experience in a leading hand roleCompetent fault-finding skills and ability to read service-related drawingsSound knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systemsThis is a permanent role with an exceptional hourly rate, opportunity for a Monthly Rostered Day Off, access to quality training and development programs, and long-term career growth within a reputable Australian-owned company.
