We're a family-owned business with 24 years of experience, and we're currently seeking an experienced Leader to guide our Sales team at the Golden Grove branch.
Think of yourself as a coach - your role is to mentor and develop a dynamic team of 12+ staff to foster a positive store culture while upholding our core values of Passion, Authenticity, Care, and Excitement to exceed the needs of our local community.
What we're looking for:
Passion for Footwear: A genuine love for footwear and footwear sales is essential.Leadership Skills: You'll need to inspire, train, and motivate your team to achieve success.Team Player: We want someone who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also work independently.Flexibility: You'll need to be adaptable and available to work one day per weekend.We'd love to hear from you if you have:
