Store Manager - Optus. We are looking for a sales manager to lead and empower our team at our Yes Optus Stores in Cairns Region .

What you will do Lead and coach the team to build capability and develop future leaders Achieve store KPI's (sales and operational) are through effective planning and execution with regional manager Meet the store sales targets through monitoring and analysing performance whilst maintaining high level of compliance Develop and maintain a harmonised team culture with clear accountabilities, standards for high performance, and a safe workspace where all team members are respected and valued Recruit and onboard new team members, oversee coaching and development, conduct performance reviews for the team What do we have to offer?
