We're on a mission to make shopping a fun and exciting experience, and we're looking for a retail superstar to join our team as our Store Manager at our Busselton store.
As a hands-on retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a customer-focused team to ensure our customers receive exceptional service by setting the standard through personal interactions, actively addressing customer enquiries and resolving issues promptly.
You'll be the driving force behind our store's success.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it, will include: Leading by example and creating a high-energy, fun atmosphere for our team and customers.
Overseeing all store operations, from inventory management to visual merchandising.
Setting and achieving sales targets while delivering a shopping experience that wows.
Inspiring your team to be their best, nurturing talent, and fostering a sense of retail adventure.
Solving challenges with your superhuman problem-solving skills and ensuring smooth operations.
