About the role: Are you an experienced retail leader that's passionate about fashion and ready to step up in your career? We welcome your application for a full-time Store Manager to lead the team at our Hobart store. This is an exciting opportunity for you to demonstrate your drive and initiative to support the end-to-end operations of the store.

What will your day look like with us: Collaborate closely with the team to drive our sales and meet goals Understand our customers' needs: offering styling advice to ensure they look and feel great Support internal and external events activities to drive awareness and sales Mentor and motivate our high-performing team to improve their sales skills and the customer experience Manage inventory and visual merchandising of the store Manage monthly rosters to ensure they are costed within hours budgets Elevate merchandising standards to ensure the premium status of the store. We are looking for someone who has: Retail leadership/management experience Strong leadership skills to support our exceptional team Experience in providing personable customer service and building genuine relationships with our customers!
