We're looking for a Customer Experience Leader to join our team to help us serve the needs of our 35,000 customers and counting!Be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our Devonport Retail Store.Lead and inspire a small team in delivering amazing service.Starting base salary $80,730 per annum, plus superannuation and potential to earn up to 10% bonus.We put people at the heart of banking, helping Tasmanians realise their dreams through home ownership and financial security.

You'll help us do this by supporting your team of Customer Experience Consultants in putting customers first through delivering amazing service in store and through our telephone and digital lines.
As a hands-on leader, you'll be showing the way and also coaching your team, ensuring all your customers' financial needs are met and identifying other opportunities to support their financial wellbeing through insurance, personal lending, and home finance lending referrals.
We are looking for someone who Lives it, Loves it and Owns it in line with our organisational values and behaviours.
Delivering the best customer experiences is a passion, as is leading your team to do the same.
You'll have a knack for uncovering all your customer's needs and a thorough understanding of retail banking processes.
