In this role, you'll take charge across multiple areas and help ensure our guests enjoy exceptional local hospitality. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor, you'll: Be a hands-on, guest obsessed leader, motivating and driving your team to provide exceptional guest experiences Ensure smooth and efficient operations through positive and effective communication, including developing and implementing company procedures Create WOW spaces where you and the team can take dining experiences to the next level! Support and inspire an energetic team of hospitality superstars Assist in leading Front of House operations, staff training, ordering, function and event promotions & delivery. The right fit will.. need a minimum of 3 years of experience in a food and beverage supervisory role. be a strong leader. have a knack for making folks feel right at home the second they walk in. Whether you're chatting with regulars, welcoming newcomers, or rallying your team. coordinate functions and events, making sure every detail is perfect. demonstrate hospitality agility to find solutions and adapt to business needs quickly. create a collaborative and forward-thinking environment where everyone works together to deliver a great level of customer service be available across a 7-day rotating roster. have your Responsible Service of Alcohol, added bonus if you have Responsible Conduct of Gaming.
