The opportunity:
Assist in coordinating Sea World Resort's Stewarding team ensuring all cleaning duties are completed to maintain a clean, safe and hygienic work areas.
Your day to day:
• Organise, monitor and motivate team members to complete work tasks
• Complete required cleaning duties to maintain kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in a clean and hygienic manner
• Apply and monitor food safety procedures to ensure food safety
• Work effectively within a team environment
• Conduct training and assess competency of team members to assist in team development
What you'll bring:
• Knowledge of kitchen/stewarding operations and procedures
• Knowledge of workplace hygiene procedures and food safety programs
• Experience in training and mentoring
• Hazard and risk identification experience
• Able to work on any day including weekends, rostered days off will be weekdays
