ASA offers free, quality advice, apprentice/trainees sign ups, administrative payment support, mentoring and personal support. Apprenticeships and traineeships are crucial to Tasmania's VET system and economy, bridging career aspirations and skills needs.About the roleBased in Hobart, the State Operations Manager is responsible for leading a team to provide services across Tasmania. This role involves strategic planning, team management, business growth, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to apprentices, employers, and key stakeholders. There will be a high focus on developing new business opportunities as an ongoing requirement of the role.About youThis position is well suited to an individual who enjoys managing people, thrives in a busy environment, and has the ability to grow new business.
