State Manager - Insurance Building

This multi-state operating and forward-thinking insurance repair builder has an opportunity for a State Manager to lead their Victorian team.ABOUT THE COMPANYThis insurance repair builder is a forward-thinking and well-structured business, with a large network of trades in the area, a strong administrative support team, and modernized systems and procedures in place. They currently operate under multiple insurance panels on both BAU and complex and major loss insurance repairs projects.This company cares about providing a positive and social working culture where individuals can develop and grow long-term with the company, and as such have excellent staff retention.ABOUT THE ROLEYou will be managing the Victorian division, including managing a team of 20 Project Managers, Assessors, Project Coordinators, and Admin Staff.Reporting to the COO, you will be working closely with the Head of Construction & Events Operations, also based in Melbourne.This is a full-time, permanent position.Salary: $140,000 - $165,000 + super + fully maintained vehicle provided.ABOUT YOUStrong understanding and experience within the insurance building space - ideally within both operations and leadership, as well as supervising, estimating, and assessing.Computer confident - able to use a tablet, laptop, Microsoft Projects, and able to pick up new systems quickly.Trade Certificate, Cert IV Building & Construction, or higher qualification highly advantageous.Well-presented and professional - ability to deal well with customers and trades.Able to commit to the role long-term and willingness to grow with the company.If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!
