This permanent role is based in our High Risk Foot Service, which aims to provide exemplary service to our community and is recognized for its excellence in managing complex patients with high risk foot related pathologies. The multidisciplinary team includes a Grade 3 podiatrist, medical and nursing staff, diabetes education, and dietetics.
Experience in wound care and working in fast-paced multidisciplinary team environments are an advantage.
At NHW, the podiatry team also services:
Illoura, our RACF, to undertake full podiatric assessment, wound and pressure care, and routine preventative care to our aged care residents. Admitted programs including medical, surgical, and subacute rehabilitation wards. Experience in these areas would also be considered an advantage.
Classification will be based on relevant experience and in line with the current EBA requirements.
