Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and managing lawyers' emails Coordinating and managing complex calendars and scheduling arrangements Liaising with clients Providing administrative support Document management, creation, filing and reporting Organising and maintaining client files About you You're known for your efficiency and energy. Your work is thorough, consistent and reliable, and you're at your best when the tasks are busy and varied.
Ideally, your skills and experience will also include:
At least 10 years' experience as a family law PA Ability to produce high-quality work with superior attention to detail Excellent time management and organisation skills Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage high-pressure situations Excellent communication skills, both with team members and clients Experience in Affinity software and Microsoft 365 applications including Microsoft CoPilot A can-do attitude and friendly manner About us MDW is an established law firm specialising in family law, litigation, commercial law, property law and entertainment law.
