Skills & Attributes: Maintain compliance with all safe work methods and risk management procedures by routinely checking all areas of the facilityCoordinate facility bookings and maintain positive relationship with all internal and external stakeholderPerform day to day tasks to ensure the venue operates safely and effectively.Coordinate and deliver programs to the local community and user groupsCoordination and managing all internal sporting competitionsBe responsible for venue opening and closing tasks including venue presentationLeading and direction of program and cleaning personnelCoordinating all maintenance items with contract stakeholder and preferred suppliersMaintain all program equipment in safe working orderCoordinate use of coaches and referees to optimise the programs and competitionsESSENTIAL: Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)Current CPR CertificatePolice CheckCurrent Working with Children Check or equivalent Ability to establish community connections with groups in the local areaStrong customer service backgroundKnowledge of leisure-based programsKnowledge of local council plans to meet the needs of the communityKnowledge of Sports TG or similar platformsMust have evening and weekend work availability.
