Join Us and Make an Impact. We are currently seeking a Senior Program Specialist to join our HBS QLD team in our Cannon Hill office. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of assigned projects. This requires preparing, planning, executing, and controlling all aspects of the project either directly or through delegation with the project team.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain overall responsibility for the delivery of complex projects to the required quality, schedule, and budget.Ensure delivery of project is on time, within scope with zero or positive deviation.Maintain customer satisfaction at target levels.Develop trust and manage the relationship with customers, ensuring a shared understanding of key issues between all parties is maintained.Identify and pursue, in conjunction with the account manager, any further business opportunities with the customer.Control costs and maximize productivity through the implementation of effective methods, standard processes, and engagement of the Supply Chain team.Ensure the design solution is fit for purpose in meeting the project requirements with the lowest cost of delivery.Drive the project team to minimize the cost of labor in delivering a successful project using low-cost resources while minimizing defects and rework. Key Experience & Capabilities: Tertiary qualifications in Project Management are preferred or more than 10 years PM experience.Further education in management or project management would also be advantageous.Construction experience preferred.Minimum of 10 years' experience managing projects including budget ownership/management, resource allocation, scheduling, forecasting, and planning.Proven ability to develop and lead a team.Capacity to deliver against multiple objectives.Strong customer relation skills with total commitment to customer satisfaction.
