As a Product Manager for our New Project, you'll have the opportunity to drive product enhancements that combine Amazon's renowned selection, convenience, and value with unique benefits tailored to evolving market demands.
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to define business strategies and create solutions that address specific customer needs across various sectors.
The successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, innovative, and excel at "thinking big," while also driving the day-to-day business of a large, fast-growing company.
Defining and implementing long-term business strategies and products based on industry trends and competitive analysis, as well as the ability to think outside of the box to solve complex problems are key to success.
Key job responsibilities: Define and implement long-term business strategies based on industry trends and competitive analysis.Coordinate with Marketing, Sales, Product Tech, Retail, and Operations teams to understand and serve customer needs.Drive roadmap strategy and definition for product and feature enhancements.Manage end-to-end product delivery and make informed decisions on feature tradeoffs.Influence senior leadership through data-driven insights. Your typical day might involve analyzing customer data to identify new opportunities, collaborating with design teams to refine user experiences, presenting product strategies to stakeholders, and working with engineering teams to prioritize feature development.
You'll balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring that our New Project continues to evolve and meet customer expectations.

- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
