About the Role: As a key member of the International Digital Business team, the Senior Manager, Digital Experience will be responsible for supporting and growing digital channels in the ANZ region across mobile app, off-premises, and kiosks.
This role within the ANZ region will lead the pilot and rollout of core digital products and propositions within the region across mobile app, off-premises, and kiosks through cross-functional partnership in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
The Senior Manager, Digital Experience ANZ will lead key digital initiatives that generate incremental sales growth and/or unlock new revenue streams. This individual will work cross-functionally with global digital teams, operations, technology, marketing, legal, and third-party partners to drive revenue, profit, and operational performance. They will work closely with the local regional team to understand their needs and support them to execute flawlessly. They should have an understanding of key digital channels and business acumen and experience in bringing digital propositions to market.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Create a best-in-class digital experience by developing solutions, concepts, and features that are in service to the guest and the franchisee while growing company revenue.Support the implementation of the Global Digital roadmap in ANZ in alignment with Subway's business and growth objectives, drive revenue, manage execution, and measure performance.Work closely with the countries within ANZ to understand their needs and subsequently prioritize backlogs in partnership with Global teams to deliver features that meet requirements and business expectations.Point of contact for key regional digital vendors with responsibility to ensure clear ways of working and maximize success of the partnerships.Work side-by-side with Operations to ensure that what we build digitally can be delivered in the restaurants flawlessly and is embraced by our franchisees and sandwich artists.Maximize ROI of Digital products through a program of continuous improvement and testing to enhance the Guest & Sandwich Artist experience.Develop best practice guidelines on digital products to be shared with smaller markets and to support MFZEs.Skills and Abilities Required: Bachelor's Degree and 6+ years of experience in off-premises, digital, or marketing with strong business and technology acumen.Strong interpersonal and written communication skills, building business cases and articulating them for leadership and other internal/external stakeholders.Self-motivated team player that brings excitement and enthusiasm to work each day and has strong cross-functional experience.Successful track record leading complex, multi-functional digital propositions from initial conception through to launch.Balances strategic acumen whilst being willing to roll up sleeves to support the work.A love of data and insights, always asking "how can we do this better/differently?".A growth mindset: track record of leveraging learnings, demonstrates entrepreneurial spirit, always imagining what's possible.QSR/Restaurant/Retail experience a plus, but not required.Experience working in a Franchise model a plus, but not required.
