The Role An exciting opportunity for an experienced indoor sports manager.

Key Accountabilities Achieve budgeted sports competition registrations.
Achieve budgeted court usage outside of competitions.
Achieve budgeted school group bookings.
Look for and implement innovative ways to draw income in off-peak times.
Maintain and develop relationships with community partners including but not limited to competition and court sponsors.
Maintain facility standards - including safety and cleanliness.
Ongoing staff recruitment and workforce planning.
Staff training.
