About The Role
The NSW Area Leader oversees Yo-Chi Sydney venues, leading and mentoring Venue Leaders and their teams.
Reporting to the State Leader, you will:
Develop high-performance teams passionate about amazing customer experiences.
Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members and leaders.
Drive sales, COGs, labour, and profit & loss results with Venue Leaders.
Manage weekly reporting between venues and the Support Team.
Ensure new venues comply with all Yo-Chi procedures and operational standards.
Identify and implement local marketing opportunities with the Marketing Leader.
About You:
The successful candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a multi-site role within food retail or QSR.
You are autonomous, self-motivated, and efficient, with excellent time management skills.

You are a natural leader, a proactive thinker, and solution-oriented.
Most importantly, you bring positive energy, curiosity, a willingness to challenge the status quo, and a drive to learn and grow.
