Lead a high performing teamWork in a volunteer-based agency supporting communities of NSWFull time, ongoing roleAbout the opportunity The Manager, Wellbeing Support coordinates the psychological support services team (incident response, peer support, and chaplaincy program) within the Mental Health & Wellbeing Unit.
They provide clinical management regarding the provision of services that promote psychological safety, resiliency, mental health wellbeing, and support programs that reduce the risk of psychological harm in the workplace.
About you To be successful in this role you will have the following:
Full registration as a Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA).Tertiary qualifications in Psychology with 5 years post-graduate experience in one of the following specialist areas: Clinical, Counselling, or Organisational Psychology.Board Approved Supervisor with AHPRA or commitment to successful completion of competency-based supervisor training (full training) with a Board-approved provider.Current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel throughout NSW, often at short notice.Thorough knowledge of AIIMS principles and processes, and/or willingness to obtain competency within 12 months.How to apply Your application should include as separate attachments:
