This includes providing speech therapy assessments and intervention plans for both children and adults, with a focus on communication and mealtime management. You will collaborate virtually with a team of multidisciplinary professionals to ensure holistic, client-centered care. Your responsibilities will include maintaining client records, managing caseloads, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and certifications.Key Responsibilities Include:Providing a wide range of speech and language supports to individuals with diverse needsDeveloping and implementing comprehensive intervention plansCollaborating with clients, families, and other health professionals to achieve the best outcomesManaging caseloads and completing necessary administrative tasksAdvising on specialist equipment and techniques to enhance communicationEssential CriteriaTo succeed in this role, you will need:A degree in Speech and Language PathologyEligibility for membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaAbility to work autonomously from a home-based office and manage competing prioritiesProficiency in using technology for virtual collaboration and client managementA valid driver's licence and access to a registered, insured vehicleRelevant certifications such as Working with Children Checks and National Police Checks as requiredThis is an amazing chance to work in a flexible, supportive environment where you can truly make a difference.
