About the Role As a Sales Manager in the Acute Division, you will be responsible for supporting and growing acute sales in a predefined territory within NSW. The territory will include acute public and private facilities to deliver year-on-year sales growth across the range of GAMA products.
What you'll do: Maintain and manage appropriate new business funnel to deliver sales growth. Partner with and provide infection prevention solutions for your customers. Develop robust long-term relationships with key decision makers. Identify and attend local/regional conferences to raise awareness of GAMA Healthcare, promote GAMA products, increase customer contact network, and generate new business leads. Support hospital-based events and trade days. Work with Clinical Team to support evaluations, product implementations, and events. Travel within the state to grow the business and support existing customers. What You'll Bring A minimum of 3 years sales experience of selling consumables, medical devices, or infection prevention-related products. Demonstrable sales success and experience working with public and private facilities, identifying growth opportunities, territory planning, and pipeline management. Demonstrable understanding of infection prevention desired. Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently with a 'can do attitude'.
