We're seeking a driven and dedicated Retail Manager for our Rowville store.
If you're a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager in retail, looking for that next step in your career, then this is the role for you! You will lead a small team and drive the operational and sales performance of the store. You will be the driving force behind a team of passionate individuals, committed to delivering a well-merchandised store every day to our loyal customers.
A day in the role : The successful day-to-day operations of a high-volume retail store. Ensure a safe environment for our customers and your team. Deliver business objectives. Implement and maintain an exceptional level of merchandising and store presentation standards. Daily coaching of your team, inspiring them to achieve goals in a one-touch, one-way environment.
